Not FUN

Okay so Zach & I got some sort of stomach bug on Sunday. So I was running around taking care of a vomiting & achy Zach. Changing baby sheets that had gotten covered in throw up & doing a bath to clean madi up as well around 1am.. Humm when can I find time to get sick!! I was as bad as both, but mommies have no time to stop & be sick. Can't wait to all fell better.

Sick Sunday

Our poor sweet girl started to not feel well last night & today she's been just very tired & weak.. Lots of sleep & laying in mommy & daddy's bed on a pretty cold & snowy Sunday.

Swimming

This week Madison was part of a gym & swim at the local YMCA here in town & loved it so much.
We also got our membership to the children's museum this week.. Man she loves that place!

Des Moines

It was a cold weekend.. So Zach & I decided to load madi up in the car & go to Des Moines on Saturday..we shopped, went to see the state Capitol building.. Then ate at Zombie Burger..
Wow so great..every city needs one! My burger had fried bacon, fried pickles @ fried cheese.. & here is a photo of zachs burger (yes.. The bun is fried cheese..wow)
We both ran this weekend to so we didn't have heart attacks!

Children's museum

Wow! We went to Omaha's children's museum today & it was awesome!
Madison had so much fun.. I think she could have spent days there playing.
We will be going back again.

Weekend

Well I couldn't help it! Zach & I got the itch to do some more work to the inside of the house this weekend.. We painted the kitchen (green) ...it had horrible wall paper prior.
We also got a cat.. Charlie 2! He's so sweet & is strictly an outdoor cat..hopefully he can help with any mice.

Starting the New Year with a Bang..

Ouch!! Poor Madison started her New Year with quite a bang...
She's actually okay.. She fell & hit the side of some furniture..running, not jumping off it like you'd think. It was quite the big gash at first but when the swelling went down its just a little cut.. No stitches needed, Whoo!
She was back to her old self in no time!
